Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within 14 days of delivery (days of delivery according to the seller)
- Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery (according to the seller)
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, you will not be able to replace or return the product.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions should apply:
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetected MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).
- The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition withoutany stains, scratches, tears, or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)
